To be eligible for a full refund, your order must be cancelled within 14 days of your scheduled event.
If there are unforeseen circumstances, you are eligible for a partial refund (50% of your total purchase) up to 3 days (72 hours) before your event.
You are not eligible for a refund if you cancel less than 48 hours before your event.
If you would like a refund after your event, please contact our office immediately to escalate this concern.
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10-15 business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange another time or date that works better for you.
